Current website version
The current RURChain interface has no registration, account, comments, subscription, or contact form and does not ask visitors to enter personal information. Do not submit sensitive information through unverified third-party channels.
Technical data
When a browser requests the website, hosting and security infrastructure may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser type, and error details. This data supports site delivery, security, and diagnostics.

RURChain links to official websites and other external resources. Their owner's rules apply after you follow the link; RURChain does not control that processing.
What will be updated
Before analytics, subscriptions, forms, or other personal-data features launch, this page must be expanded with confirmed information about applicable legal roles, purposes, grounds, retention, recipients, and rights procedures. Those details are intentionally not invented now.
This is a launch-stage notice for the current product, not the final policy for future services.
