For business

Digital-ruble readiness

A practical preparation path that begins with qualifying the obligation, not buying technology.

1. Define the perimeter

  • separate consumer-facing locations and online sales from pure B2B;
  • record company and individual-location revenue;
  • check the servicing bank and acquiring agreement;
  • consider territorial and technical exemptions.

2. Obtain the bank's position

Ask the bank for its connection timetable, digital-ruble account and universal-QR requirements, point-of-sale and online-channel integration, test environment, and incident support process.

3. Prepare operations

  • update cashier and support procedures;
  • define accounting reconciliation;
  • test refunds, reversals, and disputed operations;
  • appoint a launch owner and maintain a decision log.

4. Preserve verification evidence

Retain the current official source, verification date, thresholds and exemptions applied, bank response, test result, and accountable decision.

Limitation

This is a general checklist and does not replace review of the law, contract, and facts of a particular organisation.
